Here are a few engagements I'm particularly proud of, because their success resulted from close collaboration between my teams and our clients. I think big, but I'm not interested in big ideas that live in fancy illustrations — I take a pragmatic, iterative approach to making them real and build partnerships and productive teams to sustain innovation.
"And what did you do?": I led all of these engagements and was accountable for their outcomes. But the reality is that there were MANY people on my team and others who enabled success.

My role: Relationship magician & product owner
Coordinated design and development teams to plan and launch e-commerce on Pearson.com, growing DTC revenue by 200% in the first year
First multi-country product owner for ecommerce and DTC marketing on Pearson.com
Built sustainable product process to enable ongoing growth and consistent, on-time monthly iterative and major feature releases (including the Pearson+ subscription service)
Introduced product management tool (Aha!) to centralize product planning and enable organization-wide alignment
My challenge: Build a collaboration and knowledge sharing platform to accelerate drug development
My role: Strategic orchestrator & master of whiteboards
Reframed business need, strategy and approach based on ethnographic research and built organizational alignment around it
Designed and led sprint-based co-creation with research chemists, designers and technology teams
Launched a collaborative platform (Knection) to enable organization-wide knowledge sharing and classification for research chemists
My challenge: Help focus scope and priorities for a new platform focused on growing diversity-oriented 20% volunteer engagement
My role: MC & design super glue
Designed and facilitated a 3-day Design Sprint workshop to accelerate a new "matchmaking" experience for volunteer opportunities.
On Day 1, we identified the platform goal and key questions, audience and journey and prioritized opportunities and challenges. On days 2 and 3, we explored and aligned potential solutions and focused scope and plan for MVP in collaboration with our dev team.
Based on our workshop outputs, I identified and oversaw the MVP platform design team. I also led ongoing client engagement around design, research and product strategy.
My challenge: Transform liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry testing and experimentation
My role: Ethnographic explorer & vision wrangler
